Most of the work happens through long-term, embedded partnerships: think 6+ months as your fractional marketing lead or strategist. The first 2 months are all about fixing the foundations: analytics, quick-win conversion boosts, ICP and messaging clarity, and creating a solid campaign plan. After that, we shift to weekly execution and monthly planning, closely tied to revenue and pipeline.

We only take on 1–2 fractional clients at a time, plus a few short-term (3+ month) projects, so availability is limited. Pricing depends on scope, complexity, company stage, and availability of internal resources. It's always best to book a 30-minute intro call to see if there's a fit.

Yes! We love working with teams in real life when it makes sense. Most of our clients are in the UK, Europe, or the US, and we can travel for full-day sessions or longer. You’d need to cover flights and hotel, we’ll take care of the rest.
