About our founder - Veronika Vēbere

I help B2B SaaS companies — from bootstrapped startups to Series A scale-ups — execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies that drive predictable, scalable growth.

My expertise spans demand generation and marketing ops, creating systems that not only grow pipeline but align tightly with sales and revenue goals.

I started Inbound House after years of leading growth at London-based startups where the ask was always the same: “We need pipeline, yesterday.”

I’ve been in the room when the ICP is fuzzy, the website’s outdated, five channels are live but nothing’s landing, and the team is spread thin trying to show results.

That includes high-intent channels like Google Ads, conversion-rate optimisation (CRO) on your website, and building long-term brand trust through founder-led content, 1:Few and 1:Many ABM campaigns via LinkedIn Ads, email nurtures, and partner collaboration.

  • Most of the work happens through long-term, embedded partnerships: think 6+ months as your fractional marketing lead or strategist. The first 2 months are all about fixing the foundations: analytics, quick-win conversion boosts, ICP and messaging clarity, and creating a solid campaign plan. After that, we shift to weekly execution and monthly planning, closely tied to revenue and pipeline.

  • We only take on 1–2 fractional clients at a time, plus a few short-term (3+ month) projects, so availability is limited. Pricing depends on scope, complexity, company stage, and availability of internal resources. It's always best to book a 30-minute intro call to see if there's a fit.

  • Yes! We love working with teams in real life when it makes sense. Most of our clients are in the UK, Europe, or the US, and we can travel for full-day sessions or longer. You’d need to cover flights and hotel, we’ll take care of the rest.

  • Mostly, yes, especially B2B SaaS, AI, and deep-tech startups. But we’ve also worked with consultancies, design studios, and e-commerce businesses with strong growth goals. If you’re serious about demand generation and open to working collaboratively, we’ll probably get along just fine.

  • Think of this as your investment in growth that lasts, whether our work together is ongoing or project-based.

    For fractional lead or demand generation support, most clients invest €5–10k/month, with a minimum initial term of 3 months.

    If that level of spend would put your company under strain, we’re probably not the right fit for an embedded role.
